Main contractors and housebuilders need to know a bricklaying contractor will pass pre-qualification and work safely on their sites. Vanguard Masonry holds the accreditations that Tier 1 and regional supply chains ask for, and our site processes are built around safety, quality and clear records.

Constructionline Gold

Vanguard Masonry is a Constructionline Gold member. Constructionline is a pre-qualification register used by many UK main contractors, housebuilders and public-sector buyers. At Gold level, our company information, policies and health and safety documentation have been independently assessed and verified, so main contractors who use Constructionline can check our status without sending a separate pre-qualification questionnaire.

CHAS Advanced

We hold CHAS Advanced accreditation. CHAS is one of the main UK contractor health and safety assessment schemes. At Advanced level, our health and safety arrangements, and wider areas of the business, have been independently assessed.

CSCS-carded operatives

Our operatives carry valid CSCS cards for their role.

Health and safety on every site

• Site-specific RAMS prepared before work starts
• Inductions for every operative, alongside the main contractor’s own site induction
• Regular toolbox talks
• Supervisors on site who follow the main contractor’s site rules, permits and logistics plan
