Substructure and superstructure, priced separately
Many Birmingham housing sites split the brickwork between the groundworker (substructure up to DPC) and the superstructure contractor. We can be appointed for either or both. Our substructure gangs work directly for groundworkers and keep pace with footings and oversite. Our superstructure teams then take facing brickwork, blockwork and cavity work through to completion.

A large share of new homes across Birmingham and the surrounding boroughs is affordable housing, delivered for registered providers and councils. These schemes often combine warranty requirements with the provider’s own design standards and inspections. We work to both.
