Bespoke and high-specification homes
On bespoke and high-end homes, brickwork is a large part of what the client is paying for. That means careful setting out, consistent gauge and perpend alignment, clean reveals and well-built feature details such as arches, soldier courses, corbelling, chimneys and stone dressings. We build sample panels to the architect's specification, blend bricks from several packs to avoid banding, protect finished work from following trades, and keep a single supervisor responsible for quality from start to finish.
Housing growth in the market towns
Beyond the bespoke market, Macclesfield, Congleton, Handforth and Poynton all have new housing coming forward, from small infill sites to phased developments on the edges of the towns. For housebuilders we deliver superstructure brickwork, blockwork and cavity construction in line with NHBC Standards. Each package has a named supervisor, daily site logs and quality checks recorded plot by plot. With 100 bricklayers across the North West and Midlands, we can add gangs as plots are released.
Mill conversions and town-centre schemes
Macclesfield’s former silk mills and Victorian town-centre buildings continue to be converted and extended, and new apartment blocks sit alongside them.
