Housing across Cheshire
For housebuilders we deliver superstructure brickwork, blockwork and cavity construction in line with NHBC Standards, on private and affordable housing. Each package has a named supervisor, daily site logs and quality checks recorded plot by plot, so your site manager and warranty inspector can see what has been built and signed off. With 100 bricklayers across the North West and Midlands, we can add gangs as plots are released on phased Cheshire sites rather than stretching one team across too many plots.
Bespoke and high-specification homes
East Cheshire in particular has a steady market for individual high-value homes, where the brickwork is a large part of what the client is paying for. We build sample panels to the architect’s specification, blend bricks from several packs as we lay to avoid banding, set out elevations so coursing works at openings and junctions, and keep a single supervisor responsible for quality from start to finish. Feature details such as arches, soldier courses, corbelling and stone dressings are raised at tender stage, not on the scaffold.
Substructure and superstructure
Groundworkers across Cheshire can appoint us for substructure brickwork and blockwork up to DPC as a standalone package, worked to the groundworks sequence. Housebuilders can appoint us for the superstructure, or for both, so one bricklaying contractor carries the brickwork from footings to completion. Main contractors on care, education, apartment and commercial schemes get one brickwork package, a consistent gang and a supervisor who attends progress meetings.

How we run a Cheshire package
We price from your drawings, specification and programme, and tell you which of our three options we’ve priced on: labour only; labour, mortar, sundries and fuel; or full supply and fit. Once appointed, a named supervisor runs the package and is your single point of contact. They keep daily site logs, record quality checks and raise detailing or sequencing issues early. RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks are in place before our gangs start, and our operatives carry valid CSCS cards. From our base at Dunston, by junction 13 of the M6, the motorway takes us straight into south and east Cheshire, and the M56 and A556 cover the north and west of the county.Areas we cover in Cheshire
