Our role
Vanguard Masonry delivered the brickwork package on this retirement living scheme.
How we approached it
Retirement living schemes combine the scale of an apartment block with a residential look that has to sit well in its neighbourhood. Our approach is to build sample panels to the approved specification, keep facing brickwork consistent across large elevations, and coordinate openings and brick support with the frame and window installers.
