The project
We’re currently delivering brickwork on a new-build housing development in Whitchurch, north Shropshire. The project is listed on our projects page as work in progress (shown there as “Shrewsbury – Whitchurch”).
Our role
Vanguard Masonry is delivering the brickwork package on this housing scheme.
How we approached it
Phased housing in Shropshire’s market towns needs a bricklaying contractor who can keep a consistent team on site some distance from the big cities. We run this site with a named supervisor, daily site logs and plot-by-plot quality records, and plan labour against the housebuilder’s plot releases.
