Vanguard Masonry delivered the brickwork package on this care home scheme as a bricklaying contractor for the main contractor.
How we approached it
Care homes combine residential-style facing brickwork with the scale and programme of a commercial build. On schemes like this our focus is consistent coursing and colour across long elevations, early coordination of openings, brick support and cavity barriers with the frame, windows and fire strategy, and quality checks recorded elevation by elevation for the main contractor.
