How we approached it
Education projects often mean working on or next to a live school, with strict rules on access, deliveries, working hours and site segregation. Our supervisors work to the main contractor’s site rules and logistics plan, induct every operative before they start, and sequence the brickwork around term dates and other trades as the programme requires.
