Our role
Vanguard Masonry delivered the brickwork package across the houses and apartment elements of the scheme.
How we approached it
Mixed schemes of houses and apartments bring two kinds of brickwork onto one site: repeated house types that need consistency plot by plot, and a multi-storey block that needs logistics planned around the frame. We run both under one supervisor, blend bricks from several packs to avoid banding, and record quality checks plot by plot and elevation by elevation.
