Whittingham Place is a completed new-build housing development in Preston, listed on our projects page.
Our role
Vanguard Masonry delivered the brickwork package on this housing scheme.
How we approached it
On housing developments the challenge is consistency: the same finish, gauge and brick blend from the first plot to the last. We keep the same supervisor on site where possible, blend bricks from several packs as we lay, check gauge and setting out on every plot, and record quality checks plot by plot in line with NHBC Standards.
